Website use and client work

These website terms govern use of stabit.im. Each client engagement is governed by its own signed proposal or agreement, including scope, fees, delivery, ownership, warranties and ongoing support.

The website provides general information about Stabit and its work. It does not itself create a client relationship, commit either party to a project or replace the terms agreed for client work.

Content and intellectual property

Unless the site says otherwise, its design, copy, graphics and other original content belong to Stabit or are used by Stabit with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for lawful personal or business reference. You must not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit site content without permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party names, logos and marks remain the property of their respective owners. References to Sky, HSBC, Nationwide, Lloyds Bank, Vodafone, GSK, Royal London, Standard Bank describe career experience before Stabit; those organisations are not represented as Stabit clients, partners or endorsers.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• interfere with, damage, probe or obtain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts or supporting systems;
• send malware, automated spam or abusive enquiries; or
• scrape or place an unreasonable load on the site in a way that disrupts its operation.

Links to other websites are provided for context or convenience. Stabit does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement.

Availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep public information useful and accurate, but it may become incomplete or out of date.
